Chattanooga Southern Food and Wine or Whiskey Tour with Tastings

I booked the Wine & Whiskey Tour for our short getaway to celebrate our daughter’s 24th. Birthday. Ryan our guide, was hands down the most attentive, knowledgeable, informative, friendly & personable guide we have ever had on a tour. During our VIP journey, we were fortunate to be able to view the process, as well as sample several of the wines that are produced by this Georgia Winery. We were taken to the beautiful Chattanooga Train Station. (The Chattanooga Choo-Choo.) Ryan, gave us the history behind Chattanooga’s involvement in the Civil War. He was very knowledgable & passionate about his portrayal of these events. My daughter & husband are history buffs, so they really appreciated his passion and all the little “secrets” he shared with us! We were able to witness 1st hand, the beauty of this historical Train Station. This is also, now home to the Gate 11 Distillery as well. Ryan walked us through the numerous, intricate steps involved, in the distilling process of making the spirits @ this award winning distillery. It was incredibly informative & very interesting! We were also able to taste several of the spirits that are created & produced, right here at this facility. Our final stop was a fabulous dinner at Nick & Norman’s. All of this, including our dinner was included in the price of this VIP Tour. This tour with Ryan, was by far the best experience we have honestly, ever had! We started our day as we would any other day. However, we ended our day with a wealth of new knowledge, unforgettable memories & a very kind & personable new friend! :) This tour is worth every penny but please, don’t forget to tip your guide! They spend their day catering to you! They treat you like a VIP & work tirelessly, to make sure that you are treated to an informative, enjoyable & unforgettable day!
