Weather and sea conditions in January were great- Harris updated us on weather conditions the day before and suggested adjusted our trip time to ensure we would have the best conditions. We had a great time and seeing Chania from the sea was the highlight of our trip! Thank-you Harris!

The Crete highlight for me. Great introduction, well-kept, good kayaks from Prijon. Haris is a great guy and knows a lot about history. He took many beautiful photos with us and sent us afterwards. From the small island you can snorkel super. Think of water, sunscreen, hat and swimming trunks.
We loved our kayak tour with Haris, we hadn't planned ahead and called to see if he had an opening and we were able to book a tour that morning. Haris is an excellent guide, so many interesting stories of the history of Chania. I appreciated how he could read our body language and adjust as we got a little tired from the waves. Really enjoyable morning ! This tour is for beginner kayakers or for those who want to give it a try. Haris the guide and owner provided basic kayaking instruction about paddling and operating sea kayaks with rudders. We kayaked the Venetian harbour, went to a small island with a sandy beach, had a swim in the warm sea. Haris provided goggles so that we could see some of the tropical fish around the island. Kayaks are tandem so you can paddle with a partner. There are plenty of rest stops with the guide providing the historical background of various locations and buildings. Lovely way to spend a morning, touring Chanià’s coast. Again, great for beginners and newbies to kayaking.
My friend and I had such a lovely time kayaking in Chania. We got to paddle all around the beautiful Venetian port and even stopped off at Lazaretta Island, where Haris told us fascinating stories about Crete’s history, Chania, and the shrine to St. Nicholas. We had the chance to go swimming too—Haris kindly provided goggles so we could see and swim with the fish, which was amazing! He also treated us to something delicious from a local bakery and made sure we always had enough water. As beginners, we felt really comfortable and well looked after throughout. Haris was so helpful and made the whole experience fun and relaxed. It was a wonderful way to see Chania from a different perspective, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting!
My husband and I booked with Haris for the sea kayaking. It was a wonderful experience. It was a bit windy so he rearranged meeting place and picked us up. We paddled out to an island for swimming and looking for beautiful fish (which we saw). Haris is a great guide - he has a wonderful sense of humor, is caring and very knowledgeable about the history of Crete. He made the outing very enjoyable. We would highly recommend.
This was a well run, lovely way to see Chania. We met at the beach and the kayaks were ready to go. We had a safety talk and were off. We kayaked through the harbor and out to the sea to an island for snorkeling. It was a lovely day and a great way to see the Venetian Harbor from the sea.
This 3 hours Kayak Tour was AMAZING !! The guide and his wife are very kind, nice, caring and warm people. The Kayak trip was really nice. My partner and I really had a geat time and enjoyed it. Everything was very well organzed. The stories about ancient Greece the guide was telling, were very interesting. He would also remember us, to drink water, so we wouldn't deshydrate because of the hot wheather. So kind! He was also very funny. Thank you for the good time ! I highly recommand this tour Sandy
