View on Google MapsIt was a nice walk around and inside the buildings. Sierra(I hope I got the name right) did a great introduction towards the facilities, history, athletes and beyond! There was also an interactive session at the very beginning. You can try on different sports such as football, indoor bicycle etc. Highly recommended!
Great tour showing the AIS & all the sports that our Olympic athletes study at the institute. Very interesting!! I would recommend this tour everyone not only the sporty types 😊
A good way to spend a couple of hours to learn about the history of the AIS. The guide was very knowledgeable.

Just fantastic to see these training facilities for our elite athletes. Great interactive games to explore. Do t worry about the cold just enjoy.Tour guide on point very knowledgeable.
Wonderful tour! Our guide is currently an athlete at the AIS and was a wealth of knowledge. You get to see a fair bit of the place and if you’re lucky enough, some athletes might be training!
Really impressed with our tour of the AIS today. Julian was a great tour guide and we all enjoyed his insight and knowledge.
We really enjoyed this tour, the young volley baller who guided us around was very informative and full of information. We even managed a photo with Kieren Perkins. I would highly recommend!!!!
Great tour with knowledgable guides. Impressive facilities. Would definitely recommend and good value for money.
A great place to be at if you are visiting Canberra. Our tour guide explained about the different buildings, which was very descriptive. We even got to see Aussie athletes training. Sadly, Sportex disappointed me as there were limited games and it was very small.
We completed a tour with some lovely young athletes and were surprised by the size of the facility. You can also go lap swimming (not water play).
