Rowing experience in Cambridge! No experience required

I had a fantastic time at the Cambridge Rowing experience. Omar was an excellent coach – patient, clear, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping us improve. I was honestly surprised by how much progress we made in such a short time. By the end, we were actually rowing together smoothly, which felt amazing! The whole session was fun, well-structured, and really rewarding. Highly recommend, especially with Omar as your coach.

We were a group of 8 friends, we received a very correct basic instruction and then we got on the boats. although it took us a few minutes to coordinate was very nice and fun. our helmsman Rosie was excellent. All highly recommended.

Fantastic Cambridge rowing experience, you can quickly be on the water and enjoy rowing. Omar is very patient, very structured in the way he teaches the different steps, with clear instructions and real pleasure of getting the boat moving. This was a present from a friend and really a good one, I am now looking for a rowing club near my hometown in France to continue the adventure. Go for it!

We were given a warm welcome as soon as we arrived. Omar was an excellent coach and was extremely useful with everything we did. Was a well organised event, told us step by step what to do and by the end we were able to row well without issues! I would recommend this to anyone wanting to learn to row or even just have some fun.

Had a wonderful day and learned a lot. Rowing with a team of eight requires a lot of coordination to avoid becoming a “drunken spider”, and Omar is a fantastic coach!
