View on Google MapsVery interesting all the origin and process of coffee. The different types of coffee with its methods and I loved that at the moment it is prepared and you can buy it
This tour really provided a solid background of what goes into the full process of coffee production from plant to production to final product. I considered myself well versed in coffee knowledge before this tour, but sfter this tour I know so much more.
Very informative 2 hour+ coffee conversation and history with Pedro, who represents his family Estate business. He shows three types of mature coffee and then brews in three different styles. He gives the history of Colombian coffee. His family grows, produces, hulls, mills, and delivers their own harvest. It was an awesome experience and I highly recommend!

This was a special experience that felt personal for us. Pablo was accommodating, answered all are questions, and over all was a pleasure to learn about the long and vast history of coffee in Colombia. Book it.
I had an amazing time with Pablo who is so knowledgeable about Colombian coffee because he and his wife own and work on their 5th generation coffee farm where their specialty coffee is sourced. He was so gracious enough to explain in detail the coffee making process here in Colombia and even threw in history lessons of salsa music and listened to the evolution of it while tasting his coffee in many different ways. I was worried that it would be less fun since I went solo, but I had so much that he made me from a coffee lover into a coffee fanatic. Make sure to buy his family’s coffee roasted in small batches before you end the tour because their coffee is hands down amazing. Highly highly recommend this tour if you love coffee and want an intimate private tour of Colombian coffee.
Pablo was great! He is very knowledgeable, and shared good stories. He also played some great salsa music while brewing the coffee. To top it off, he walked us to a restaurant for lunch after his tour.
Believe it or not, this was one of my favorite experiences in Cali and Colombia. I didn’t know what to expect but I was excited to see and learn more. Pablo is your host, teacher, and expert. Pablo, his wife, and their families have been involved in Colombian coffee for a very long time. Not only did I learn more from Pablo than I could possibly retain, he also brewed the best coffee I could ever ask for. He was extremely hospitable and fun to be around. Outside of learning about coffee in this amazing country, Pablo and I got to reminisce about life, culture, and great salsa music. In the end, we roasted some fresh coffee beans and he gave me a little bag to take back home. Don’t miss this standup opportunity and when I’m back in Colombia I’ll be enjoying his coffee again. Salud!
Many thanks to Pablo. The tour was comprehensive; I gained much insight into Colombian coffee after the tour. :)
