View on Google MapsI actually ended up doing the Bike Park tour, if you are an experienced rider, that is the better option. The Mountain Bike tour is more of dirt roads for beginners. The bike park is excellent with many trails. Some climbing by mostly downhill with bike haul with their truck and driver. Camilo and Teo were really great guides who took care to describe trail features and conditions. The trails themselves are a mix of flow lines and some technical. Some very fun steep sections and berms. The views are amazing and we took a break at a little place Montebello for fresh orange juice and empanadas. If you have your own pads and helmet, it might be worth packing them. I would highly recommend the Bike Park tour to any of experienced rider.
It was scary at first but the guides gave clear and simple directions. I recommend this if you are in the area.

me encantó el tour - muchas vistas bonitas, con todos tipos de tierra. Aunque soy ciclista, fue mi primera vez en bici de montaña. Camilo me dio muchos consejos y tips para rodar con confianza. Lo haría otra vez :)
Me encanta montar cicla, el tour estuvo muy bueno, lugares hermosos por donde pasamos, con mucha naturaleza y tenia hermosas vistas.
El bike trip fue una excelente forma de disfrutar de los alrededores de Cali, con una vista hermosa, rutas muy divertidas y gracias a Camilo y Teo por cuidar cada detalle durante el tour. Hicimos un par de descansos para degustar café cerca de cultivos y después en un mirador.
