We really enjoyed our experience. The rail trail is brilliant and definitely worth visiting. The bike hire process with Better by Bike was very smooth and they went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the bikes and were aware of all the great places to stop on the rail trail. Will definitely visit again and hopefully the trail will be extended further by that time.
We hired these e-bikes for two families for a day cruising around Byron. They dropped them off to our accommodation first thing in the morning and picked them up at the end of the day. Very good quality bikes and friendly, helpful service.

The bikes were very easy to handle and use. The track is very well maintained and easy to navigate. There were some spectacular views and peaceful forest sections. Food stops were plentiful and the 50k went quickly. Numbum today!!!
Such a serene riding experience, past cane fields and through rainforest. Seamless bike hire and all went well. Plenty of eating opportunities in tiny sidings along the way.

Loved riding the Fat Wheeled Trike, Campbell and team set me right before my ride, I also had to phone during the ride and was assisted no worries. 👍🏻
Interesting but expensive (with a family) about $125 a bike - route reasonably interesting, some useful coffee stops (about 49k round trip). Bike shop can be a bit chaotic with booked and unbooked visitors
Easy to find, helpful staff, great bikes, great ride. We road to the end of the trail, 23kms. We made a few stops along the way for coffee, photos & the art gallery. What a great day out!!! So almost 50km round trip & we made it!!! A little saddle sore, but we loved it.
I can't recommend this company highly enough. Very professional and great top of the line bikes which are perfect for riding the trail. We have a variety of bike sizes for our family with 2 kids 8 & 11 and all were perfect. Make sure you pack swimmers on a hot day as the pub at Mooball has a pool to swim before you ride your return journey.
