View on Google MapsWe had such a great night at the Korean BBQ with Joe we joined him again the next night! The meat was expertly grilled by the restaurant staff and everything was absolutely delicious, but the best thing is learning all about Korean culture and how central food and eating together is to that. We loved trying (and failing) at the drinking games and learning how to make ssam, and getting to know Joe and the others in the group over a feast. It’s a brilliant, fun night - I highly recommend it to anyone.
This is the second senior solo trip. I heard that there were deep yakiniku restaurants in the back alleys of Jagalchi in Busan… I had always been curious about this tour and applied immediately. Thanks to the jolly conductor's attention, it was so much fun that I was able to open up to the girls from Australia and Italy and join them for the after party. I even hugged him when we parted ways at the subway station. It really was what I expected, no, it exceeded my expectations. I want to participate again. This time, the 회식 tour of Korea is nice. Since then, I've had beer mixed with shochu 🤭

Joe is a very nice guy, easygoing and funny. It is really suitable for all ages to do this kbbq. I was a little hestitant to book, because didn’t know what to expect. But I had a great evening.
Spent a very good time with Joe and Kerry and we enjoy KBBQ dinner in local BBQ restaurant. Joe is very nice and shared with us lots of things about KBBQ and the local culture of Busan. The talk was very interesting and the Samgyeopsal was delicious ~!
People should really include this tour in their itinerary. My cousin who went to busan recommended me this tour. At first, I had doubts. But I bit the bullet. It was a full day of activities till I went for this tour. My tour guide - Joe asked if I want to try something new. I said yes without hesitation. I got an authentic Korean Barbecue experience - Gopchang served in three different ways 🥳🥳🥳 conversing while having a great food and company makes this experience worth while 😌 hope to do it again when I visit Busan!
This was perfect for me as a solo traveller: to meet people, both locals and fellow travellers, while having great food. Joe was a superb host and took us to a place which served delicious Korean BBQ. Can definitely recommend this one!
We had a most interesting dinner with Joe our Korean host. Not only did we land up at a great Korean barbecue restaurant, but we also learnt about how to enjoy a Korean meal, played food games and chatted throughout the evening about culture and our respective cities. It was a fabulous find. Our food guide Joe also is a local tour guide so he had many great insights about languages and culture and he ensured that we have a superb , including photos and great recommendations of where to eat through our stay in Busan. Thank you Joe for a memorable time !
