We had such a lovely day with Adrian. He was so knowledgeable- I now know more about medieval Transylvania and Vlad the Impaler than I will ever remember, and we also got a sense of the modern politics of Romania. He was very alert to any pace difficulties and adjusted accordingly and even spotted when food was needed. These places are stupendous and we couldn’t have seen them with a more fabulous guide/companion.

Adrian is very knowledgeable, clearly has a passion for his country's history and is so engaging. He was flexible with my planning and requests. He has plenty of suggestions for places to visit, extra activities and wonderful food! Amazing tour and tour guide. I visited Sighisoara on my own, so Adrian willingly picked me up there and crafted a wonderful day visiting Prejmer, Biertan and Viscri. Adrian picked us up on time with no problems. Adrian was informstive, knowledgeable and engsging, an exceññent guide. His knowledge of the history of Transylvania was incredible. The first fort was interesting but the highñights were the two UNESCO cities. It was a thoroughly enjoyable day. I highly, highly recommend taking this tour with Adrian of you are at all interested in learning about the country you are visiting!

He is an incredible and patient guide, he showed us so many interesting things that it would have impossible for us to know. We had magnificent trip with ADRIAN to the landscape of trandylvania. He took us to very special places of the map. the trip was the top of the vacation in ronenia. We ended the trip at his restaurant at RASNOV . , La promenada. look it up

This tour was so great! I love that it was private- as in just my husband and myself with our guide, Adrian! It was a long day but so worth it. Adrian is so knowledgeable, and it’s impressive how much information he shared with us off the top of his head. We had great weather the day we went, so the views we had from up top at each of our stops were spectacular. Our guide was very personable, and when he wasn’t sharing historical information, we engaged in great conversations throughout the day, which made it even better- as if we were spending the day with a new friend who was showing us around a country we had never visited before. We also had a great lunch all together in the afternoon, so that was a nice break. My husband and I are so fascinated with Romania, and even more so now and can’t wait to go back and see/learn more!

Adrian’s depth of knowledge and love of his country’s history made this a truly memorable experience. My wife and I have been on many group tours which just can’t compare to the personalization Adrian was able to accommodate us with since this was a very specialized “private” tour. We visited 3 historical sites, one of which is a UNESCO site, and when taken together they really explained the history of Transylvania and its importance on the world stage and enormous global events that continue to shape our common history.

My wife and I booked a 4-day bespoke trip with Adrian visiting various sites around Transylvania, plus a trip to see the bears in the wild near Brasov, which was an amazing experience. We organised all our trips via email. Adrian is a fantastic guide with so much knowledge and such enthusiasm and passion for Romania, he went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. Adrian is a fun guy to be around, we enjoyed our time with him and we had great conversations about various topics. We really enjoyed visiting the fortified churches of Viscri, Prejmer, Harman and Biertan to name a few. Adrian took us to his family restaurant where we tried the local cuisine which was excellent. If you are planning a visit to Transylvania we would highly recommend using Adrian as your tour guide.
