Boulder, CO, USA
View on Google MapsThe tour was supposed to start at 2:00 but didn’t get off till 2:20. Other than that it was very easy to follow with pdf slides. I don’t think I would call it a scavenger hunt, more like get to your described location and document with photos and videos, more outrageous the better! It was fun to do with a large group (we had 4). Make sure there’s nice weather cause you will be walking for several hours. (We had beautiful weather!) overall a fun activity to do in the middle of the day. I think this would be a great way to introduce yourself to other locations around the world when you’re not familiar with it.
It was a little clunky with needing to have What’s App and Canva for the slides. My team lost interest a few scavenger hunts in. We didn’t complete. I do think it is a cool way to get to know the city and learn about hidden gems as well.
We had a private scavenger hunt with Alley Kat adventures in Boulder for the whole family as a surprise for our grandson's 15th birthday. It was extra special having a facilitator, Morgan, start us off and meet us at the end to announce the winning team. We had a baby in a stroller, teenagers, parents and grandparents, and it was a blast for all ages. We had lots of fun interactions with strangers, found special places we would never have seen, and even had a coffee shop give us free drinks for our whole team. We highly recommend Alley Kat adventures for all ages and are looking forward to experiencing it in another city. We thought it would be fun to try in our hometown to find hidden gems and new experiences close to home.

Super fun & different activity.. we did it as a group of 3 women (ages 21-23) and really enjoyed it! It was a fun way to explore the city
Not what we were expecting. We thought it was going to be a more traditional scavenger hunt, but it was a lot of fun exploring each destination and doing the tasks at each one. The tasks were fun, simple, and out of our comfort zone. Definitely got a couple weird looks, but we also made some really funny memories.
So fun for our group of five ages 20s-50s. Two live in Boulder and we hit places they’ve never been to (and secret places they hadn’t even heard of). We wish we had spent a few minutes upfront to review all the missions instead of jumping right in ….realized we took too much time off the clock early on. But we picked up the pace and got through a lot of them. Wish he had more time but still plan to hit a couple of the interesting destinations before we leave town! Highly recommend this and hope to do it again in another city!
We had a great time exploring downtown Boulder! We saw places we wouldn't have seen without Kat's prompting and guidance. Silly fun, cultural fun and some good food and drink along the way. Activities were virtually guided, so we were with just our group. Covid-friendly activity.
