I participated with my partner in a truly original wine tasting in Bordeaux, led by a young enthusiast in a district dedicated to sustainable development. Nothing to do with clichéd and overrated tastings found elsewhere. The wine, presented creatively, made us discover unexpected flavors. It was not so much the fame of the wine that mattered, but rather the original way of declining it, making the experience as surprising as it was authentic. We both loved it. If you want to try a new and unexpected approach to tasting, this is the perfect place. To try for curious and originality lovers!

Had such a great experience with Francis! Went with my boyfriend and we had a very basic knowledge of wine before hand, Francis was great with answering all of our questions. Fun class and amazing teacher! We feel like we have a better understanding of wine now :)
