Well worth the money and as advertised. Was right on time and took us to our hotel very efficiently (especially with the crazy old streets).
I wished he was able to pick us up earlier but it was my mistake 11 am I thought he would know that we may get out earlier do to no passport control
As expected in Italy, and in Bologna, the city of food, there are many cafes and restaurants using local ingredients in the airport. However, if you want to eat, I recommend the lobby on the first floor, as crossing the security check will increase congestion.

What a great ride from the airport to our hotel! Our flight into Bologna was cancelled once and then delayed a second time, causing us to arrive 6 hours later than expected. The transfer company stayed in full contact with us and arranged to have the driver stay until we arrived, which caused strain on their end. The driver was courteous and friendly, and delivered us safely to our hotel. This was a great example of true customer service.
