He gave us copies of what we made and also some additional recipes he thought we may like. We highly recommend him to anyone who enjoys good food and easy cooking.
It was casual and fun. We learned much more than cooking. We met family, learned about local culture and language . It felt like we were at a friends home

Very friendly and knowledgeable Cesarina, in a charming home with a large kitchen island. Laura and her family were welcoming and shared their experiences in Bergamo and surrounding villages. Laura had good knowledge of the ingredients and included background information about each step in the cooking process. Handing down to us recipes from her grandmother, Laura made the cooking more personal than just a recipe. We highly recommend Laura and the local cooking class.
Our Bergamo cook was extremely hospitable, kind and very skillful in her cooking! The meal was delicious and the company was warm and joyful. The family went out of their way to help us in our travel and welcome us into their beautiful home. We feel that we can recreate what we learned as well!
