I really enjoyed learning more about cacao: varietals, history, ethical sourcing, processing, and of course, flavor influences and nuances. Chocolate Tour is highly recommended.
The tour guide was amazing! She was VERY knowledgeable and in-depth about the process of making chocolate. I and the rest of the group left with a load of knowledge and chocolate. Such a fun experience! 10 out of 10, would recommend!

Educational, fun, and delicious experience. Highly recommend for anyone that loves chocolate, and wants to learn more about the process from a group of people that care about sourcing and doing things the right way.
This was focused on growing and roasting chocolate beans. It was very informative and a tour guide was knowledgeable. She had us pour our own chocolate bar and then package it to take home. It was a fun tour and I would recommend it to couples or families with teenagers. We did have trouble finding shop. GPS leaves you on the street in this industrial looking area. Their sign is flat on the building above the door.
The hosts were very knowledgeable in the area of chocolate and I appreciated there association with high quality cacao farms. Only dark chocolate is available.
