In a nutshell, the place is a big scam do not trust the shuttle service. Also really bad service they won’t help you even if they could and im really not exaggerating
on time, safe driving, and a good deal all the way around. I went to and from Bansko with them and I recommend using them to get to and from all the other Bulgarian destinations, too.

Great transfer- on time, good van, good driver and very good communication beforehand. Would recommend.
Excellent transfer provided. Customer services were very quick to respond and very accommodating when we wanted to add another pick up spot to the transfer. The driver arrived on time and texted us when they arrived. The transfer was smooth and we arrived at the airport with plenty of time. I would recommend to anyone looking for a transfer to/from Bansko.
I have used Traventuria many times for reliable transfers from Sofia airport to Bankso - I always recommend to my friends and family too. This latest trip was a reliable as ever: Our excellent driver Joro Georgiev was waiting at arrivals with our name on a sign - he's a very friendly and safe driver. The journey flew by :) Excellent service - if you're lucky you'll get Joro for your transfer :)
Booked a return bus airport to hotel transfer from Sofia airport with Traventuria. Upon our 7am departure the bus did not turn up at our hotel which caused a huge amount of stress. We waited for 40mins, tried calling the business number several times, no answer! Sent an email and ended up having to arrange another last minute airport transfer at an additional cost, nearly missing our flight! Worst of all Traventuria refused to refund us, claiming that the pick up point was a “bus stop”, which was not the case as we had confirmed prior that it was hotel pick up!! do not waste your money here.
Fast and comfortable - from the hotel to my terminal. In case of any doubts, i was able to double-check with the customer support at online chat.
Good transportation had a big van and was able to get to the airport on time without any hassle , very good service.
