View on Google MapsWe had a wonderful time on the 8 pm dinner cruise! It is worth paying more for the upper level if offered. Staff was great and food amazing!
We had a fantastic afternoon with Nate as our guide, and Mr. Bill as our driver. Nate shared so much detailed information about the culture, Buddhism, history and future plans for the places we were seeing. He was personable and the trip was so well curated. The communication leading up to the trip by both the tour company and guide was thorough, clear, and made us feel like we would be in excellent hands. If you’re looking for a good way to spend an afternoon in Bangkok, this should be your top choice!
If you want to see the side of Bangkok that isn't just shopping malls, ask for Da. She took us through the back canals and it was so peaceful. The temples were stunning, of course, but the way Da explains the Buddhist rituals made us appreciate them so much more. She’s very genuine and funny. It felt like walking around with a local friend rather than a formal tour.
If you’re coming to Bangkok, you have to book this. Peter was our guide and he was an absolute legend! He made the whole temple visit so easy and explained everything in a way that was interesting and never boring. But the highlight? The canal tour! Cruising through the hidden canals and seeing the old wooden houses was such a cool experience. Peter was always one step ahead, guiding us smoothly and making sure we were in the best spots to enjoy the views. We truly felt taken care of all day like VIPs!
Had James as our guide and he was fantastic. He’s very easy-going and made the whole 'temple-hopping' experience feel effortless. The boat ride was definitely my favorite part getting away from the tourist traps and seeing the local life. James knows all the best spots. If you're on the fence, just book it!
Our day with Jimmy was the highlight of our Bangkok trip. My favorite moment was on the private boat tour Jimmy pointed out a huge monitor lizard on the canal bank and we all got so excited! He really brought the city to life for us. The temples were breathtaking, and Jimmy made sure we stayed cool and hydrated the whole time. He’s so warm and attentive. Thank you, Jimmy for making such a core memory for us!
I don’t usually get excited about temples, but this one changed my mind. Gina told stories in a way that made everything easier to understand, not too deep but still meaningful. The boat ride gave us a nice break from walking.
This tour didn’t feel stiff or touristy at all. Miya made everything feel natural, like she was showing us around her city. The canal ride was calm, temples were impressive up close, and the flower market was a fun sensory overload. Easygoing, fun, and well paced.
James was fantastic, sharing interesting stories about Wat Pho and Wat Arun. His knowledge and enthusiasm made the visit really engaging, and he made sure we didn’t miss any highlights. Felt like we were seeing the temples through the eyes of a local highly recommend!
Cruising along the canals was such a chill experience. Yaya kept things fun while pointing out little local spots I never would’ve noticed on my own. The Reclining Buddha was gigantic, and Temple of Dawn had the most beautiful light hitting the golden spire. The flower market was a riot of colors felt like stepping into a painting. Totally recommend this private tour!ฆ
