Our family arranged this English speaking tour of Bayreuth, and it was outstanding. The guide accommodated us in English, but also spoke German to our relatives, filling in the gaps when an extra explanation was indicated. I have been to Bayreuth many times; I never knew there was so much to see right in the city center. Bayreuth is often overlooked because the Wagner Festspiel overshadows most other sights.
