Bamberg - Excursion to Seehof Palace

We went on our own from bamberg after we did our research. There is a bus every hour and a nice village short walk away. This is so much better to visit. Entry is 5 euros, which includes a tour in German. We were given the English translations. Just before the tour starts, we are treated to 8 minutes of the beautiful fountain cascades. Once inside the palace we are able to take photos, look and see other rooms and appreciate the contents and atmosphere far better than the Schloss Weissenstein palace. More over most plaques had English translation.

Must visit to travel to Germany, its Dom and old town are extraordinary, cross the unforgettable river, you can eat in any restaurant in the center without getting fattened prices for being a tourist, I would not mind coming back with more time

I've been here a lot. In the park you can walk long and in beautiful ambience. Afterwards you can also eat there very well. The bowl was fantastic! But all the other food looked great too!
