The experience was stellar, start to finish. The reservation process through Viator is intuitive and simple. The customer service of the transportation service was quick to respond to questions through email. Our flight information was requested in the reservation process; we emailed the transfer service about watching for possible fight delays or cancellations. The service responded that they would watch and adjust according to changes in flights. When we arrived at the Athens airport (on time), our driver called us while we were waiting in the customs line. He let us know where to meet him and he was watching for us when we came out to the meeting location. He had a great sense of humor and pointed out interesting landmarks as he quickly drove us straight to our hotel. I have had only great service from services that I have booked through the many Viator. This service was great. Yes, picking up a random taxi from the airport might have cost less, but having someone waiting for us, who had a vehicle o accommodate all of our luggage and who actually knew where we wanted to go gave us peace of mind. Highly recommend!
The driver is so kind, helpful and informative . Even though we had arrived earlier he managed to accommodate in picking us up. He even told us about the history of Athens and places to visit . An excellent driver 👌
