Panos took us on a journey through ancient Athens, expertly weaving together the themes of the tour: the history which influenced the mythology which influenced the philosophy which influenced the democracy which influenced… well, you get the picture. Highlights included a visit to the epicenter of Golden Age Athenian democracy, the Pnyx, and the end-of-tour symposium that served as an introduction to Ancient Greek philosophy (and beyond). This tour is a must for anyone who is interested in learning the Athenian way.
An enjoyable experience which triggered our curiosity to dwelve deeper into the history of Greece. History is fascinating and we enjoyed it.
