Your description of what to expect on the trip should have been more explicit. First, buying tickets was absolutely essential, not only for being able to use the thermal pools but just to see the spectacular scenery on the grounds. Also, there should have been a link provided in the description to buy tickets for the spa online with an explanation for syncing the time periods for spa entry with the time periods for when each trip begins. I enjoyed the scenery and the spa, but I will not use TripAdvisor again.
