View on Google Maps1st and foremost bring snacks and water and bring sneakers not watershoes or crocs. Expect a lot of physical activity. The tour guilds were absolutely amazing and so well versed in the terrain. Would definitely recommend this adventure to anyone.
Amazing trip worth the time and money. You need to be fit to be able to do it. You will get completely wet but it was fun and exciting. The guide was very supportive and helpful.
The guides manual and Jose (aka Julio) were fantastic, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. It was gorgeous and adventurous trip really fun
This was an amazing tour. Our guides Manuel and Jose were so patient and knowledgeable. Always ready to help. Beautiful sights. Highly recommend.
Everything will get wet. Water shoes not recommended bring closed toe shoes. Wear your swimsuit or quick dry clothes. The hike is steep and people did fall, one person left before we even got to the river. It’s beautiful and worth it if you come prepared. Omar was a fantastic guide and photographer
Love the experience and beautiful, stunning! just wish it was more tubing. but I would recommend it!
Great adventure! Guides were very knowledgeable and helpful with both English and Spanish speakers. They made a point of pointing out the flora and historical importance of the area. Physically challenging so you need to be up for a challenge.
This was probably the highlight of our week in Puerto Rico. I had not expected being in the river's cold water up to the neck at several points, but the views inside the canyon and caves carved by the river were so gratifying. This is really remote and there is quite a bit of driving to get there, plus some additional transportation on dirt roads and walking to get to the site. Walking upstream and floating down on tubes to get back (the most pleasant part) gave us different perspectives. They took photos of us and shared them with us at no extra cost, which was great (no need to bring cameras). I just wish there were more commentaries about the surrounding geology and nature, and it would have been perfect. The guides did not speak English very well.
Fantastic experience!!! Jose and the team were amazing!! As we hiked through the river and explored caves they educated us on the jungle and all aspects of nature. Highly recommended!!
We just went on this adventure today and had a blast! Guides were wonderful, they even took pics for us. Breath taking views, something to experience!
