View on Google MapsThe experience itself was decent, and the tour/activity covered what was promised. However, for the price paid, I expected more. My main concern was the language barrier — the guide spoke primarily French with limited English proficiency, which made it difficult to fully follow the explanations and get the most out of the tour. If you’re an English-speaking visitor, this may impact your experience.
Excellent tour - well organised, safe and full safety instructions given. Time to practice before leaving. Great guides, both spoke good English.
Florian was an excellent guide and very patient with the nervous people in our group, and offered a bicycle as an alternative for one of us. The Segway tour took in the beauty of Annecy and its lake and was a wonderful experience

Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable and we enjoyed the beautiful lake and adjoining Park. This Segway is definitely worth it.
This was a lovely tour and our tour guide, Romane, was lovely and very informative on the tour! We started off nervous but 10 minutes in, got used to the Segway’s and felt very safe. Good way to see the beauty of the city.
The Mobilboard team at the counter was very professional. Our guide Gaspard was particularly good with the way he took us around the route, his narration about our stops was very good and he explained the use of the riding equipment very well. The Mobilboard team also made some adjustments to our ride so that we were more comfortable. Truly appreciable!!🙂🙂🙂👏👏

Nice walk but very short. We paid 40€ per person for 1 hour, unfortunately for only 3 "historic" stops. And unpleasant surprise, we booked via Tripadvisor for 40€ per person and arrives on site the rates offered was 34€.. service too expensive for the activity itself.
Brilliant fun. My wife and I found Segway’ing very easy. Great pre lesson and Florian was the perfect tour guide in both French and English… not sure about the Swan but hey ho.. Really enjoyable, great fun and great value
