We have been on food tours all over the world and this one was one of the best. Gal, our host, was knowledgeable and friendly. We learned so much about local cheeses and food which we loved. Along the way she pointed out interesting places we walked by and shared her insight. The food was delicious along the way and we experienced several local dishes which we loved. Don’t miss this experience with Gal when you visit Annecy.
This is not a food tour as we expected, we did not spend time at the food market or went to any special food destinations/ chefs. However a walk through town which was similar to the walking tour we did the previous ay. The guide was very pleasant and good, the only real highlight was the Truffle shop. Definitely not worth the money

My husband and I had the pleasure of taking this food tour and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Daphne, our guide, provided fascinating insights into the history of Annecy and its landmarks and the food stops we made along the way were diverse and delicious! We had a fantastic tour with Delphine (a lifelong local) through old town Annecy. Delphine’s passion for her city was evident. She filled our tour with historic knowledge, stories, and local legends. The food was also incredible. We visited several shops where Delphine clearly had longstanding, wonderful relationships with the owners, trying local cuisine, wine, and desserts - the best we’ve had on our trip! If you have one day in Annecy, this is the tour to do! Thanks Delphine for making our trip so special!

First and foremost our guide, Gal was AMAZING! She was very interactive and informative. We loved all of the places she showed us around the beautiful city of Annecy. I love to do food tours when I visit a new city, but this food tour with Gal was like no other! She made us feel like she had all the time in the world for us. Shop owners love her so we got VIP treatment everywhere we went. She is knowledgeable of Annecy and France as a whole. We met our guide Gal for our food tour with a side of Annecy history and sights on a rainy day. We covered so much and enjoyed fantastic food. Delicious choices and nice portions. We also enjoyed walking through all the Christmas markets. Gal was a great guide and we enjoyed her company and knowledge of the local food scene!
