View on Google MapsWe joined the Wildlife Conservation Center and Portage Glacier Lake Viewing tour with Kel, and it became one of the most unforgettable experiences of our trip. Since we visited during the winter season, we didn’t expect to see many animals—especially not bears—but to our surprise, we were able to see almost every major wildlife species at the center. It was far beyond what we imagined. Kel was incredibly flexible and always picked us up exactly at the times we requested. Because the roads inside the conservation center were extremely icy, Kel didn’t let us walk around on our own. Instead, he kindly drove us through the entire area so we could explore safely without any risk of slipping. He also stopped the car whenever we wanted, so we could get even closer to the animals and enjoy the view more comfortably. We know it must have been extra effort for him, and we were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. Thanks to Kel, we enjoyed a safe and unforgettable winter wildlife tour along with a beautiful viewing of Portage Glacier Lake. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made the entire experience even more special.

We had an amazing tour with Kelly. We are very picky about the tours we take and this one exceeded expectation. Great communication, pick up and drop off from our hotel. He was very conscientious for our safety and physical needs. What exceeded our expectation was how well Kelly listen to our needs, explained areas along the route and provided flexibility if we saw something of interest. It was very similar to the private transportation we took in Portugal and Greece. What was added bonus was Kelly experience in visual media and the quick help and tutorial we received on the best setting for pictures on our phone! This was clutch for us capturing these once in a life time memories. Kelly was the ideal guide and took some amazing pictures of us as well. I would highly recommend this tour if in Anchorage! We will use him again when we come back.
