Absolutely unreal experience. Floating over AlUla at sunrise felt like something out of a movie. The views were insane, super smooth flight, and everything felt safe and well-organized. Huge shoutout to Captain Jorge - chill, professional, and clearly knows his stuff. You can tell he loves what he does, and it shows. If this is on your bucket list, stop thinking and just do it. Worth every second.

A must-do in AlUla! Everyone at Hero was super nice, from our Egyptian driver to the Lithuanian pilot in the hot air balloon. They picked us up in a luxurious Land Rover from our hotel and brought us to the departure site for the sunrise lift-off. Our pilot was well-trained and went over the safety features clearly for takeoff and landing. They also gave us cool postcards and water bottles at the end as our souvenirs. If you want breathtaking views of AlUla, going on a hot-air balloon ride with Hero is the way to go!
It was such a wonderful trip the captain sangram and Hager were very professional and I really enjoyed so much . I really will do this experience again

It was agreat experience, surely to be repeated and Sangram is amazing pilot big applause 👏🏻👏🏻 Al Ula is agreat place to visit and restart your energy. Make sure to wear heavy clothes at winter as it's too cold at morning and evening.
