We had a senior with our family of 8, and he made sure she had enough breaks and pointed out where she could wait while we went up the final hill. Daniel showed us some very beautiful parts of Alesund. We highly recommend him for anyone looking to do a walking tour of Alesund.

Daniel runs a great tour having lived in Norway for 13 years and being Canadian of origin. He answered so many questions for us! His knowledge of Norwegian history was impressive but not overwhelming: a good balance of facts and pretty views during the walkabout town. He was very communicative about our meet up day as well which was appreciated. He really enjoys doing these tours on his weekends and his enthusiasm for Norway shows.
Was a wonderful tour, lots of sights and questions answered about Alsund and Norwegian life and history in general. Daniel is great communicator and cultural translator as he is Canadian but has lived in NO for 13years. The walk was well paced and we saw most of the highlights.
The cool, light rain didn't keep us from having a fantastic time in Ålesund! Daniel was a great guide, taking us on a walk around the city center and up to some scenic viewpoints. What a beautiful city.
We were in a small group - just 4 of us. Daniel was our guide and was very knowledgeable about the history of Alesund. He pointed out all the important buildings and gave us plenty of time to take photos. Daniel was very friendly and answered all our questions. He even gave us water and something to nibble! It was a very enjoyable walking tour.

The guide was both knowledgeable and personable. He took everyone’s needs / limitations into consideration and gave ‘life’ to the trail he took us on.
You have a good trip around Alesund. You see many of the highlights, learn a lot about the history and get some spectacular views. Daniel was a wonderful guide who gave us a very good tour.
